Saturn-Pluto Square

The period of influence: the Saturn-Pluto square will form on August 21st 2010 and will be the last in a series of three. The first completed on November 15th 2009, and the second on February 2010. The effects will be felt in the last decanate of July 2010, until late in the fall. Some reminiscences might occur even in 2011. But in August 2011 they’ll be very strong.

A fearful square: the tough Saturn-Pluto aspects are the most destructive astral configurations. Along time, they have been accompanied by brutal events, by political problems, economical shakings, military conflicts, assassination, serious accidents, natural catastrophes, (earthquakes, tornados, draughts, floods, meteorites, etc.).

Just to exemplify it, under tense Saturn-Pluto aspects took place the biggest natural catastrophe in history, the overflow of the river Huang Ho, whose floods killed millions of people in China (1931) and more recently, the Croatian-Bosnian war (1992-1993) or the terrorist attack on September 11th 2001 in USA. Against these Saturn-Pluto dissonances also started the First and the Second World War.

Not all the tough Saturn-Pluto aspects bring major tragedies and maybe we’ll get lucky this time. However, we shouldn’t be surprised if serious things happen.

At a personal level: Life can become more difficult under the Saturn-Pluto square, which brings fears and worries, pessimism and depression, health problems, provocations and fights, events that cannot be prevented or influenced.

The most exposed will be the Libra and Capricorn natives, then the ones in Aries and Cancer, especially if they were born at the beginning of the sign (in September, December, March or June). However, any of us could feel some tensions in one area of life or another.
