Jupiter-Uranus conjunction: Let the adventure begin!

The Jupiter-Uranus conjunction will complete on June 8th 2010, at 00°17′ Aries, but it has been working since spring. Initially, it took action in Pisces.

On May 28th 2010, Uranus entered Aries, and on June 6th 2010 Jupiter will do the same thing. At the end of the summer of 2010, the two will return to Pisces. This is the first exact conjunction out of a series of three. The following conjunctions will be on September 19th 2010 and on January 4th 2011. Therefore, we’re dealing with a triple Jupiter-Uranus conjunction, a rare event, with much stronger and more long-lasting effects than an ordinary conjunction.

All in all, Jupiter and Uranus will act together all the time until January 2011 inclusive, stimulating energy, ambition, boldness, expansion, as well as excesses, exaggeration, taking risks.

At a macro level, the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction is the most dynamic agent of change and progress, but it can also generate violent situations. Under such a conjunction appeared the first scientific publication in the world (Journal des sçavans, 1669), Charles Lindbergh had his first flight over the Atlantic (1927) and the man took his first step on the Moon (1969). But still under it took place frequent earthquakes, fires, nuclear accidents and other disruptive events. As a curiosity, they have noticed a rise in the number of divorces and a highlight in topics such as adultery, bigamy, polygamy.

At a personal level, the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction lends enthusiasm, thirst for expansion and freedom, tendency towards provocative actions. The wish for the new becomes prevailing. And it is recommendable to go with the novelty otherwise changes can impose themselves, harshly and bewilderingly.

The call of freedom is so big that constraining attempts can lead to virulent, surprising reactions. A tendency to reject any rules and confining could appear, with possible bothering consequences.

There will be unexpected opportunities for studies and/or trips, for innovations in daily life, for reinventing the style, exploiting the creative potential, the interest in originality etc.

The Sun-Uranus square (June 22nd 2010) and the Sun-Jupiter square (June 23rd 2010) as well as the Mercury-Uranus square (June 25th 2010) and the Mercury-Jupiter square (June 26th 2010) will strongly stimulate, maybe even a bit too strongly, the effects of the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in the last decanate of June 2010.
