On December 21st 2009 will take place the third and the last exact conjunction between Jupiter and Neptune, at 24° Aquarius. The effects of the conjunction that have been manifesting in the background almost all year round will grow very strong in December 2009.

Neptune governs idealism, inspiration, intuition, mercy, faith, mystery – but also utopia, confusion, disillusion, addiction, mix-ups, questionable situations. It’s related to large groups of people, to mass conscience and propaganda.

Jupiter governs enthusiasm, expansion, convictions, education, culture. It has administrative, judicial and financial implications. In a dissonant version, it exaggerates, amplifies, brings a lot of arrogance, inclines towards overdoing it and risks.

Considering the opposition the Jupiter-Neptune conjunction will make with Mars in Leo, there’ll be a higher risk for Jupiter to support the Neptunian negative side of it, adding to the political and judicial confusion, leading to fanaticism, promoting shady principles and actions.
